Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain and build relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions.
- Prepare and send reports on client feedback, performance, and service improvements.
- Assist in troubleshooting client issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Help organize client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure seamless communication.

**Requirements**:

- Polytechnic Diploma in Business or related field.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to handle customer queries and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a client services role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,600.00 per month
