**Roles & Responsibilities**
Elixir Technology believes that both business strategy and Human Resource (HR) strategy must be aligned. The Business & HR strategist is responsible for shaping a more productive, resilient, and cohesive organization. They will strengthen the organization’s culture and structures to prepare the workforce for future challenges. They will implement new and existing programs targeted at understanding employees’ concerns and improving their well-being and cohesion, so as to improve their productivity and professional readiness.
- Review, improve and change long-form and longstanding internal corporate policies to prepare company for the future.
- Work with HODs and other employees to identify and change various existing corporate practices in areas like performance management, career development and training.
- Organize monthly virtual or in-person events to bring the company together.
- Design, execute and analyze a monthly pulse survey to understand employees’ opinions.
- Suggest, plan, and implement initiatives to strengthen employee well-being and cohesion.
- Work with and manage external stakeholders and consultancy service providers to strengthen organizational structures.
- Coordinate the company’s learning and development programs.
- Lead and realize the company’s social impact program.
- Ensure compliance with the government’s Covid-19 and other regulations, while keeping up to date with latest government initiatives.

**Requirements and skillsets**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field.
- Tenacity to drive projects, workflows, and programs from start till end.
- Ability to identify areas of improvement for the organization and suggest and implement programs to address these areas is an asset.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with colleagues, superiors, subordinates, and external parties to meet project timelines are essential.
- Previous experiences in business development, people engagement, and project management are helpful.
- Broad understanding of the field of Business Analytics can be advantageous but not required. Likewise, coding, or technical abilities can be advantageous but not required.
