As a CRM Engagement Manager with our company, you'll play a vital role in building strong and growing relationships with our clients. You'll act as the bridge between clients and internal departments, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. With your expertise, you'll provide clients with innovative CRM-related strategies and data insights that will drive their growth in the overall CRM space.
**What your day-to-day will look like**:

- Work with a portfolio of major clients, developing relationships, identifying their needs, and delivering the right solutions to achieve mutual satisfaction.
- Set customers up for success from the beginning of engagement and program-manage the success plan in each phase of the customer lifecycle.
- Act as the primary client interface, ensuring client needs are understood and projects are delivered on time.
- Drive the implementation and delivery of clients’ CRM projects and requirements, monitoring campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer requests are fulfilled, build strategic engagement partnerships, and create and execute project plans.

**What do we need from you**:

- Skillful relationship builder with excellent communication and client account management skills.
- Hands-on, process-oriented, and able to work creatively and analytically under pressure.
- 2-3 years’ working experience in CRM and project-related positions.
- Account/client management experience.
