**Job Summary**
To support the organisation on HR, IT and administrative matters
**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- Maintain Employees Data Base and Filing System.
- Maintain Employees Leave/Time-Off Record.
- Process Employees Training Courses.
- Maintain Employees Benefits Administration.
- Process Employees Payroll Administration and to ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions including CPF, SDL, etc
- Central Provident Fund Submission.
- Income Tax Reporting e.g. IR8A.
- Schedule meetings and interviews.
- Assist with recruitment and interview processes.
- Assist with processing of resignation and/or termination.
- Attend HR & Admin Committees meetings and take Minutes of Meetings
- Assist in managing events organised by and/or for the Association.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by Admin Manager, Executive Director and/or Board of Management.
**Preferred Requirements**
- Diploma in Business Studies or HR Management
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR
- Able to handle minutes taking and professional business correspondence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal skills
**Working Days/Hours**
Monday-Friday, 8.30am-6.00pm
