We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Beauty Centre Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our beauty centre. As the Beauty Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, optimizing staff performance, and driving the growth of the centre.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**: Supervise, guide, and motivate beauty therapists, receptionists, and other staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure a seamless and premium customer experience by addressing client needs, managing complaints, and maintaining service standards.
- **Operations Oversight**: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Sales and Revenue Growth**: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention, attract new clients, and maximize sales of services and products.
- **Staff Development**: Recruit, train, and evaluate employees to build a skilled and knowledgeable team.
- **Marketing & Promotion**: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to grow the business.
- **Financial Management**: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability through cost control and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Beauty Centre Manager or in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of beauty industry trends and services.
- Experience with budget management and achieving sales targets.
- Certification or diploma in beauty therapy or a related field is a plus.
