The primary objective of this role is to effectively manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a beauty centre. This encompasses the supervision of various services, including facials, spa treatments, hair care, nail care, slimming packages, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and supervise all operational aspects of the beauty centre.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Handle appointment scheduling and optimize customer flow.


Customer Service & Experience

Staff Supervision & Training
