Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Salon Manager to lead our beauty centre team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the salon, including staff supervision, customer service, marketing, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of beauty specialists. Assign tasks and monitor their performance. Create and manage work schedules to ensure sufficient coverage. Foster a positive work environment by motivating and developing your team members.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of the salon. Ensure that all equipment is in good working order. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Manage inventory and supplies effectively.
Customer Service & Marketing:
Provide professional consultations and advice on beauty treatments and products. Handle customer complaints and resolve them efficiently. Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote the salon. Manage customer records and implement loyalty programs.
Financial & Business Management:
Monitor and manage finances effectively. Collaborate with suppliers to manage product costs. Analyze sales data and contribute to business financial plans.
