**Position Overview**

In this role, you will need to be creative and meticulous to conduct market analysis, identify/define clients’/businesses pain-points and opportunities, and ultimately provide solutions that will help plan and strategize the way forward. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking, be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users and you will focus on solving problems at scale through optimal data-driven insights and solutions.

**Other Responsibilities Include**
- Responsible for the Play Book creation for the Asean markets. Act as project manager and take ownership in identifying and creating a clear view of the existing markets, competitive landscape, used cases and charging model/rate for **Conversational Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) Solution (SaaS/Products) **as well as other laterally comparable solutions that exist within the region. Collaborate with Global Team to compose and publish internally the Play Book for Asean Markets covering all relevant aspect including used cases and associated charging rate/models for G2M purpose for respective Asean markets.
- Participate in strategy discussion and contribute toward the final Go To Market Game Plan for Asean region.
- Assist in overall Product Management of ConveGenius (CG) exciting **Conversational A.I. solutions **.
- Be part of the product management team that strategically drives the development, market launch, business development, continual support and improvement of the Conversational AI range of products/solutions.
- Work directly with Global Products/Solutions Development Team Lead and Regional commercial and business managers to ensure the success of the CG **Conversational A.I. **product/solution range by producing a range of artefacts, including, but not limited to, presentation decks, budgeting spreadsheets, product road maps and product marketing plans
- Work closely with Globl Products/Solutions Development Team on product/solution development to continually improve on CG suite of Conversational AI products/Solutions using the Agile methodology
- Managing of key stakeholders who are supporting CG. Stakeholders ranges from marketing, sales, legal, partnerships and more.
- Work in a start-up like environment which values innovation and agility
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Product teams.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum a good Bachelor degree from recognised university, major in finance, management or business analysis is preferred. A MBA, MEng or MSc (Management) Degree will be an added advantage.
- Min 2 years of data, market and solutions analysis work experience, ideally focusing in either Conversation A.I. segment, SaaS segment, Fintech segment or Software Automation segment within a major Venture Capital/Private Equity Firm, or any of the top 10 Consulting Firm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Doc;
- Strong business acumen and learning ability

- Able to thrive in a fast-moving environment and deal with ambiguity
