**Regional Sales Manager**:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the sales resource is part of the growth strategy for assigned countries in Asia Pacific to drive growth and increase market share. This includes:
- developing new and managing existing business partners, including system integrators, channel partners and VAR (value added resellers) to drive business growth.
- generate new opportunities through specification prescriptions with consultants, developers and endusers.
- Responsible for the video surveillance top-line for the countries assigned in the APAC region.
**Essential Functions**:
- Help to develop and execute video sales growth strategy for the country
- Manage our network of channel partners, system integrators and dealers
- Proactive with specifications prescription to consultants, architects, developers and owners
- Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date country’s project database and pipeline on status and activity.
- Prepare required sales reports for periodic review.
- Collect and share relevant data about the market, competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities.
**Essential skills**:
- Posses strong skills with channel management
- Good knowledge of the video surveillance solution offer in the market
- Proven track record with video and integrated security solutions sales in Asia Pacific
- Confident with articulating technical concepts in IP.
- Excellent problem solving and organization skills.
- Able to communicate complicated technical issues, with effective presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tenacious work attitude.
- Should be able to work as a team member.
- Effective negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers.
- Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.
- Highly innovative and proactive.
- Should be able to handle varied tasks.
- Willing to travel on frequent basis.
**Education and Qualifications**:
- At least 10 years of working experience in the IT industry in a sales or pre-sales capacity.
- Degree or equivalent in engineering, sales and marketing or related field.Top of Form
