Alibaba Cloud Senior Product Operations Manager

IDC and Product Operations Department: Responsible for international business overseas data centers and product operations, including: 1. Product operation, including public cloud revenue and private cloud product operation - International product strategy planning and product internationalization - Product pricing, discount, margin and profit management - Key products and solutions GTM: GTM strategy, content strategy, GTM activities, conversion of key product leads and revenue, campaign management etc. - Product and solution content operation: internal (BD SA) and external (customer) core content creation of products and solutions for each sales channel (direct sales, channel business, tele-sales, official website) - Customer operation: new and retained customer operation - Dedicated cloud products and OXM operation 2. Overseas data center operation: - Strategy and execution planning of data center service deployment, capacity expansion, and optimization. - Increase the utility rate, and the gross profit margin - Increase the revenue from overseas data center 3. Training operation: - KA, KP training operation: training strategy, demand, and delivery management - Training partner operation: recruitment and management of training partners - EDU official website operation: courses, number of certifications, membership operation - Internal empowerment: empowerment strategy, scheduling and Cloud Tank management 4. Process, platform and system construction: - Product internationalization and GTM process - Product price and discount management process - Solution GTM process - Data center: service opening standards, process management; cost control process management; key customer demand management, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in information, communication, engineering or other related field or equivalent experience. - 10+ years of corporate strategic planning or sales operations experience or as leader of a large sales operations team in a hi-tech sales organization. - 10 + years managerial experience in developing and leading a high-performing team of 10 or more employees. - Experience in multiple organizational functions such as planning, compensation, forecasting, organizational development, etc., ability to work effectively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment. - Ability to handle issues in annuity-based business (service related), multi-transactional analysis modeling, and forecasting. - Strong logic thinking, analytical, financial skills and C-level communication and engagement experience. - Excellent cross group collaboration skills and influence skills, with strong communication skills, narrative writing and presentation skills. - Proficiency in Mandarin is required as the role will need to coordinate with HQ in China.
