**Why This Role Is Valuable**
The Senior Associate, People & Culture will support and implement initiatives owned by the People & Culture function. This role will work actively with stakeholders and the People and Culture team to manage processes and administration of the function.
You will proactively assess HR processes for efficiency, engage employees and support the employee experience. You are someone who is eager to support with an open mind that will help develop business partner plans to scale with the organization.
To be successful in this role, you will support BAU processes as part of the HR Operations team and be responsible for scopes assigned to you.
**How You Add Value**
- Build relationships with stakeholders on HR Operations and execution of BAU processes
- Contribute and actively design solutions that cut down on administrative execution for the HR function
- Maintain employment records to meet compliance obligations
- Oversee the On-boarding/ off-boarding/ cross-boarding process
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations.
- Run monthly/quarterly and annual reporting.
- Drives programs and initiatives assigned to you to obtain the desired culture throughout the organization
- Handles employment-related inquiries from employees, and leaders, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Works closely with leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Promotes diversity and inclusion, collaboration, fairness, high performance, innovation and integrity
**What You Bring To The Role**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5-7 years of human resource administration experience
- Culturally sensitive, energetic and has a passion for excellence
- Resourceful, action-oriented individual
- Non-political, astute team player and demonstrates intellectual curiosity
- Strong presentation skills including the ability to clearly communicate to stakeholders
