We are looking for a General Manager of a major Japanese logistics company, in the anticipation of future business expansion and liaising with Japanese Clients.
- Supporting the MD and the Japanese head office, work instructions and management strategies for the business division and local employees.
- Realization of company-wide operation management, efficiency improvement, and profit maximization.
- Creating infrastructure and mechanisms for organizations to function efficiently and safely, planning and executing new business strategies.
- Sales Management, Cost Management, Marketing Planning, Human Resources Development and General Management of backoffice department.
- Other ad hoc duties, Risk Management, in-house System Support, and Incident Management/Response.
**Requirement**:

- Possess more than 15 years of business management experience in logistics and trading companies.
- Practical experience in finance and business planning (those who can read PL/BS).
- Experience in organizational management is an advantage.
