**Sales Manager (IFM)**
- Responsible for generating new business in the Facilities Management of Buildings/Infrastructures.
- Form and build relationships with new and existing customers including developers, facilities owners and FM companies.
- Form and build relationships with new and existing technology solution partners.
- Responsible for meeting targets/KPIs set out by management on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Work closely with other relevant departments to assess clients’ needs and propose solutions to meet these needs.
- Work closely with marketing to sell the benefits of our unique range of products and packages
- Support branding and business development in new domains or markets.
- Create a sales pipeline, working from prospect lists, cold calling, networking and conducting independent research.
- Attend industry functions such as trade shows, conferences and webinars and provide feedback on market trends, opportunities for businesses and partnerships.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree holders in related disciplines
- Possess at least 2 years of working experience in sales/business development in the facilities industry
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Good communication, written and presentation skills.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently or within a team
- Desirable requirements:
- Knowledge and/or interests in IoT, Digital Twin, AI, ML and Computer Aided FM systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and Power point
**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
