**_ The Opportunity._**

We are currently searching for a driven and experienced People Generalist to support the organisation's growth. You will be responsible for the end to end employee lifecycle from onboarding to termination. This role will give you a global exposure as you will be supporting our offices around the globe.

**_Your day to day_**
- Act as a functional expert and main point of contact regarding any payroll and benefits-related matters for all countries.
- Manage external payroll service providers (vendors) and payroll processing workflows; ensure payroll payments and reports are delivered consistently, accurately, and on time in accordance with company policies & procedures, and in compliance with local statutory and tax requirements in Singapore and India.
- Manage submission of government claims and statutory board processes.
- Own and manage insurance providers and insurance processing workflows.
- Participate in market remuneration surveys and conduct analysis of market trends to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensation and benefits.
- Manage contracts for new hires, consultants, contractors, and internships, giving legal advice to managers in compliance with country local statutory.
- Enter, maintain and update HR data into HR information systems and employee files
- in accordance with compliance laws and company policies.
- Create and manage employee engagement activities.
- Ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

Who you are._**
- Minimum 3+ years of People Operations, HR Business Partnering, or HR Generalist experience preferably in fast scaling startups
- Experience with payroll administration is crucial to the role
- Experience with India HR regulations, compliance, and recruitment is highly desired.
- Highly detail-oriented and meticulous with great attention to detail is strongly preferred.
- Tech-savvy with experience using HRIS (ideally Freshteam) is advantageous.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft 365 domain, Excel, Powerpoint is required.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written), can do attitude, creative and outside-of-the-box thinking and adaptability to an ambiguous environment are required
- A great sense of humor is a plus
