**Responsibilities**

**People Operations**
- Act as a functional expert and main point of contact regarding employment, immigration, payroll, and benefits matters.
- Collate, enter, and maintain people data into HR information systems and employee files in accordance and compliance with regulations and company policies; communicate people updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage external payroll service providers and payroll processing workflows; ensure payroll payments and reports are delivered consistently, accurately, and on time in accordance with company policies and procedures, and in compliance with local statutory and tax requirements.
- Own and manage insurance providers and insurance processing workflows; administer, enrol and terminate Group health and life insurance for employees.
- Participate in market remuneration surveys and conduct analysis of market trends to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensation and benefits.

**Talent Acquisition**
- Manage contracts for new hires, consultants, contractors, and internships, advise managers to comply with local labour regulations.
- Organize and conduct pre-onboarding to onboarding, including orientation for new hires, welcome new hires with established onboarding kits and introduce new hires to team members.

**Performance Management**
- Develop and implement programs and projects to collate and evaluate performance data and improve employee performance.
- Analyze and report the impact of employee performance interventions on organizational performance.
