Overview
Our client is a Financial Intermediary with a renowned brand name across the globe. They are actively expanding their teams and are inviting a HR Generalist to join their team.
About the Role
This is an operational and advisory role where you will play a key part in supporting the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and the effective delivery of HR solutions across the business. You will work closely with managers and stakeholders across the organization, acting as a trusted HR advisor. You will help shape and implement HR policies and practices that support business goals, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and conflict resolution processes.
Manage and support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and improvement plans.
Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation reviews, contract changes, and offboarding.
Partner with leaders and teams to embed HR policies and best practices across the business.
Advise on organisational change initiatives, including restructures and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation.
Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to drive decision-making.
Support with HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving engagement, culture, and people development.
Coach and advise managers on effective people management and leadership practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a HR Generalist or HR Advisor role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices.
Demonstrated experience in handling complex employee relations cases.
Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
