Job Summary
- Key Responsibilities- Supports full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, training & development, payroll administration (work with Entegris Business Service Center), employees’ welfare and benefits, performance Management, employee engagement and expat administration.- Involves in personnel transactions such as new hires on-boarding, promotions, transfers, merit increment, resignations and offboarding etc.- Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities to foster a positive work culture.- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs etc.- Raise Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for HR-related activities and services- Provides day-to-day HR support to employees.- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.- Manage employees record and ensure all information is up to date.- Any other duties and projects that may be assigned from time to time.
- Requisite Criteria & Skills- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent.- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR generalist or equivalent.- Detailed and meticulous- Good business acumen, able to demonstrate flexibility and ability to execute and deliver on time with quality.- Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of employees and work as a team player.- Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, is a plus.
