**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a key liaison with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating effective communication on IT and infrastructure matters.
- Lead and mentor a team of three IT support professionals fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Engage with stakeholders and senior management to align IT strategies with business objectives and MAS regulatory requirements.
- Proactively monitor and adapt to evolving MAS guidelines, industry trends, and technological advancements to ensure robust compliance and operational resilience.
- Drive initiatives to enhance network scalability, system reliability, and security to meet the bank's strategic goals.
- Oversee ad-hoc projects to support the IT department's objectives and the bank's global operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable institution; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, ITIL) are highly valued.
- Approximately 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong background in the banking or financial services industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to engage effectively with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), stakeholders, and senior management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing small, high-performing teams within a financial institution.
- Proactive and strategic thinker with a thorough understanding of MAS regulations and the ability to stay updated on compliance and industry developments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
