- Impart innovation know-how and best practices to the entire organisation, beginning with top management at HQ in Singapore and subsequently across the region
- Work together, guide and facilitate Agile teams as they undergo iterative ideation and design-thinking processes; provide facilitation tools and frameworks to enable productive results
- Connect different innovation and other work streams across the region to ensure clarity of purpose, collaboration and teamwork
- Spearhead selected strategic initiatives as part of overall transformation plan
- Develop an innovation management system for the organisation, creates structures, systems and processes so that innovation can happen
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a post-gGraduate Degree in engineering related discipline with at least 12 years of relevant working experience in driving technology & innovation
- Articulate and able to connect with stakeholders of all seniorities across the organisation
- Highly experienced in facilitating and leading innovation-related activities from a consulting environment or in-house innovation capability
- Experienced in driving innovation roadmap with in-depth expertise of innovation-related theories, methodologies and best practices, in particular Clayton Christensen’s theories of innovation and the Business Model Canvas
- Deep understanding and expertise of design thinking, customer ethnography and MVP development
- Able to plan, procure relevant resources and facilitate interactive training sessions and discussions on innovation theory and practices
- Team player and self-starter who takes initiative and excels with mínimal supervision
- Digitally savvy, familiarity with Proptech or real estate would be useful
- Able and willing to travel
