**Senior Programmatic Optimization Analyst - Singapore**

**What you'll do**

to produce and present engaging campaign analysis for clients in order to show how DV data can increase campaign performance. In addition, the analyst might interface with sales, account management and product teams to improve the existing analytics dashboards in order to

provide the most useful and meaningful data.
- Generate and present optimization recommendations to maximize delivery of advertiser campaigns and highlight ROI for programmatic partners.
- Identify and quantify key challenges for campaign performance
- Serve as main point of contact for programmatic reporting initiatives in local markets by providing onboarding, ongoing support, and internal maintenance

Provide support and guidance to our internal sales and account management teams, with clear and timely communication, quality deliverables, and innovative solutions
Identify patterns and proactively surface ideas to improve quality, productivity and efficiency
Work with counterparts globally on shared learnings and developing local vs global process and best practice
Provide support and mentorship where applicable to global team

**Who you are**
- Several years of industry experience
- Several years of prior analytical experience in Programmatic or biddable media is preferred
- Knowledge of how to set up and optimize Programmatic media to drive improvement in campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent presentation skills (client or partner facing experience preferred)
- Possess expert problem solving and decision making skills
- Robust knowledge of the overall ad tech landscape (DSP or similar technical experience required)
- High level of proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, complex functions) and able to interpret and present data in an actionable way
- Prior experience managing multiple APAC Markets would be beneficial
