Responsibilities:
- Assist Accounts Department to manage accounts receivable and payables.
- Provide administrative sales support, including preparation of quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Preparation, filing, and sorting of documentation and invoices.
- Perform any other ad-hoc task upon request
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Preferably with SME working experience
- Self-motivated, meticulous, able to multi-task and work independently in a fast pace environment
- Possess a strong organizational skill
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
Other Details:
- 5-day work week
- 8.45am - 6.15pm
- Near to Sembawang MRT
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
