
IT Helpdesk and Network Support

IT Support role that provides onsite or remote assistance to end users with hardware & software issues. Mainly supporting users based in Singapore and point of contact for subcontractors. As a member of the PRMMS IT team, he/she will report to the CTO.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide Help Desk level-1 and level-2 support for workstation, laptops, notebooks, peripherals and other computer-related devices
- Provides day-to-day technical support to local and remote employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems, software & hardware.
- Works with help desk ticketing system to open, update and close tickets in a timely and complete manner
- Manage and document IT assets (workstations, network, software license. mobile)
- Ensure all IT assets comply with company security policies, including patch management
- Manage DHCP IP address reservation for workstations
- Troubleshoot hardware & software issues, including remotely using Microsoft Teams call and/or screen sharing. Escalate to 3rd party vendor as necessary
- Advise users on corporate IT best practices & provide basic training in computer operation
- Liaise with Security and Application Support teams in projects and day-to-day operations
- Liaise with CTO & Team Leader for IT asset purchase, upgrade & obsolescence
**Requirements**:
- 3 years of hands-on experience in desktop support, especially supporting Microsoft technologies (e.g. Windows OS, M365, Intune, SCCM/WSUS) and Apple MacBook
- 1 year of hands-on experience in managing & replacing computer hardware
- Knowledge of commonly used 3rd party software, e.g., PDF editor, internet browser, antivirus, proxy client, VPN client
- Knowledge of workstation related technology, e.g., DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi
- Experience in basic networking management. (DNS, DHCP, routing, firewall)
- Passionate about service delivery and End-user experience
- Knowledge and support of Azure hosting environments will be advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
- Able to start work immediately
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
