Job Requirement:
IT helpdesk first-level support

Call Center experience is advantageous

Basic experience with IT troubleshooting

Problem diagnostics via remote support tool and calls

Familiar with office productivity tools such as O365

Strong communication skills and detailed work

Proficient Customer Service

Location: Central / Tai Seng

Qualification: Nitec or equivalent

Experience: Min 1-year related experience.

Those without experience but with IT knowledge may apply.

**Salary**: S$2,200 - S$2,800

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
