**Roles & Responsibilities**
- To handle all customer enquiries;
- To conduct pre-course counselling to walk-in students during the enrolment process;
- To provide administrative support (documentation) for the department in the areas of recruitment agent's training, performance evaluation and contract renewal;
- To assist in the collection of fees and transfer timely to head office;
- To perform frontline enquiries and reception duties;
- To manage the Student Support Services' Reception Desk and resources to ensure it is welcoming and informative;
- To assist in the monitoring of student's attendance, generating attendance reports and timely submitting to ICA;
- To update student data into the electronic Student Management System promptly;
- To provide support and documentation on the handling of feedback and complaints;
- To support the sales process and distribution of study materials;
- To process transfer and withdrawal requests;
- To assist the administration of the assessment process;
- To maintain the Student's Personal files updated at all times;
- To collect and ensure all PEI-Student Contracts are duly signed by students and/or guardians;
- To collect payments (course fees) and issue receipts;
- To purchase Fees Protection (FPS) for fees collected;
- To assist in the generation of Standard PEI-Student Contracts;
- To perform any other duties as instructed by the Supervisor.
