**The Role**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies aligned with Arta Finance's overall goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and refine strategic plans.
- Operational Excellence:

- Streamline and optimize internal processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Identify and implement best practices for workflow management and resource allocation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence
- Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with various departments, including product development, marketing, and technology, to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination with leadership, engineering, marketing, product management and more

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in strategic planning, operations management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working at a consulting firm
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business situations, identify key issues, and develop effective strategies.
- Ability to think strategically and provide valuable insights to contribute to the development and execution of organizational strategies.
- Proficient project management skills to oversee and implement strategic initiatives efficiently.
- Competency in data analysis tools and techniques to gather, interpret, and present data relevant to strategic decision-making.
- Understanding of strategic frameworks and the ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate strategies, present findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- You will be expected to work at our Singapore office at least 3 times per week.
