Client Service Manager - #SGUnited Traineeships Programme
1. Role Description:
This position reports to the company management and interfaces with clients and other co-workers. This position is responsible to ensure clients get high-quality service while the company’s sales goals are supported.
2. Specific Responsibilities:
- Work alongside with the Senior Managements to develop and implement plans that contributes to meeting client’s needs for increased and enhanced levels of service as well as that align with the strategic direction of the company.
- Extract and analyse data from the CRM Program and translate into comprehensive reports to conduct business reviews and training purpose.
- Identify and implement procedures, guidelines and policies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability of company.
- Promote and maintain positive company image as well as meeting clients on a periodical basis to engage and build sustainable relationships with clients.
- Coach and support team to establish and ensure flawless execution with clients’ SOP as well as to help meet company goals.
- Offer advice and recommend solutions to product or service problems by clarifying client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
3. Competencies to learn:
- Strategic thinker, excellent communication, interpersonal communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with using CRM systems and attentive to detail.
- Executes plans and meets short and long-term objectives.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, particularly developed pitching and negotiation skills.
- Leadership flair with the skill to motivate others to perform and exceed expectations.
- Approaches problems from a client’s perspective.
