**Regional System / Network Support Engineer
**Job Description:
- Provide first and second level support on faults and technical enquiries for Internet, E-mail and Data services, Mobile devices and internal data to all member
- We have Offices in Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, India, and Thailand.
- Monitor server (Creation of new folders on shared folder, assign permissions, printers)
- Monitor network device (Fortigate, L2 switch, Access Point)
- Manage and assignment of the IT devices and stuff, like mouses, batteries, keypads, etc.
- Create & Report monthly report to inform HQ staff
- Support project that Japan HQ are working on for South East Asia branch (ex. Win11 upgrade)
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in IT / Computer Studies / Networking is preferred
- Minimally 3 years’ experience in technical helpdesk / IT support
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience in SAP, RPA (UiPath, Power Automate, OCR (Abby) are preferred
- Ocassional business trip (so far to Malaysia and Philippines) but it’s not frequent
- They pay basic salary excluding AWS + VB (historical average of 3~4 months)
