We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at NUHS Regional Health System Office. As part of our analytics team, you will support data-driven decision making through data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. This role offers excellent opportunities for learning and growth in healthcare analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and analyze healthcare data using various analytics tools and methodologies
  • Support the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards
  • Assist in data collection, validation, and documentation
  • Contribute to analytics projects and prepare presentation materials
  • Collaborate with team members while maintaining high standards of data governance
  • Support automated reporting processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant data analysis experience
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and visualization tools (R, Python, SQL, Tableau)
  • Strong analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Understanding of data protection principles
  • Excellent team player with good communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Additional for Senior Executive:

  • Ability to handle basic analysis projects independently
  • Healthcare data experience preferred
  • Basic project support experience
  • Proven accuracy in analytics work
