Facilities Management
- Conduct site-visits, inspect and audit the facilities management contractors and the operators residing in the facilities to ensure that SFA’s facilities are safe, clean and in compliance with management guidelines, contracts and/or lease agreement;
- Develop guidelines, implement processes and digitalisation systems to ensure the safety and security of facilities and tenants. This includes regular review of contingency plans, developing guidelines and conducting risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices; andSource, evaluate and establish tender specification and contracts SFA’s premises, including preparing tender and contract specifications for development and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure.

Tenancy Management
- Coordinate with the appointed managing agent(s), vendor(s) and/or external stakeholders such as operators/association to address tenant concerns and operational needs;
- Manage tenant onboarding and renewal processes, including rental agreements and fit-out requirements; and
- Ensure compliance by tenants for House Rules (for SFA-managed trade facilities), and with planned improvement projects. This would include joint ad-hoc inspections with stakeholders (e.g. other government agencies) to enforce against non-permitted activities.
- Recommend new technologies to support the facilities’ digital transformation, safety/security and sustainability needs, and/or enhance operational decision-making. Other duties may be assigned to you from time to time.
