As we continue our expansion in 2025–2026, we're looking for a motivated Leasing Executive to join our Real Estate team. You'll play a key role in securing new sites, managing leases, and supporting the long-term growth of our iconic brands across Singapore.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage new leases, renewals, and compliance for our outlets
  • Conduct market research, site evaluations, and prepare reports
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, agents, and authorities
  • Negotiate fair and commercially sound lease terms
  • Collaborate with Operations, Projects, Legal & Finance on new sites
  • Maintain lease records and provide market updates

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
  • 2–3 years' experience in leasing/tenancy management (retail/F&B preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, communication & analytical skills
  • Organized, dependable, and collaborative team player
