**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support including documentation, filing, scheduling, and office coordination.
- Handle correspondence with external vendors, partners, and relevant government agencies.

**HR Support**:

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding/offboarding paperwork.
- Maintain updated employee records, personal files, and attendance tracking systems.
- Support payroll-related documentation such as leave records and claims processing.

**Government Schemes - JR & CCP**:

- Track deadlines for submissions and ensure compliance with documentation guidelines.
- Liaise with training providers, programme managers, and internal staff to coordinate training and reporting requirements under these schemes.

**Reporting & Compliance**:

- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, claim status, and programme compliance.
- Ensure HR documentation is aligned with MOM, SSG, WSG, and IRAS requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection protocols for all employee and HR-related records.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative and HR experience, preferably in SMEs or service industries.
- Prior hands-on experience with **Job Redesign**or **Career Conversion Programme**submissions is essential.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong understanding of local HR practices, employment laws, and government support schemes.
- Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized in managing documentation and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HR systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Familiarity with SSG/WSG portals, EnterpriseSG’s Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG-JR), and other workforce funding mechanisms.
- Experience supporting HR in a training or wellness-related organization.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a lean team environment.
