Job Description Summary
Responsible for sales penetration in focus accounts and develop short term and long term strategic and tactical sales plan for focus segment and products, in order to achieve sales objectives and maintain a healthy opportunity funnel for Medication Delivery Solutions business.
Develop and maintain good relationship with key customers and influencers in Singapore. To have a good understanding of clinical practice in hospitals and good product knowledge, in order to be able to be effective in selling process.

Key Responsibilities
- To drive sales and conduct inservices in various departments in the hospitals and other healthcare segments.
- To have a good insight of competitors’ activities and ongoing competitive analysis regular updates to the team, and develop defensive and offensive plan.
- Able to establish strong relationship with customers.
- Prepare tender documents for tender submission to hospitals Provide customer interface for all product complaints via the company’s established PIR system.
- Ensure all complaints are reported and followed through properly within 1 to 2 working days.
- Build and enhance a professional image through appropriate conduct and business ethics.
- Timely submission of weekly sales report through SFDC
Our Requirements
- Degree holder in Nursing or any Science related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in the hospitals and/or other healthcare segments.
- Open to fresh graduates in Nursing background
