A leading cosmetics & beauty company is seeking a Key Account Manager to support and grow the business in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-potential, driven individual who's ready to take ownership, work hands-on, and build a strong commercial foundation within a fast-paced, dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day management of the key retailer account(s), including promotions, launches, and retail execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless in-store and campaign execution
  • Track sales performance, analyze results, and support business planning activities
  • Assist in demand planning, stock management, and promotion tracking
  • Build strong relationships with key retail contacts and act as a reliable point of contact for operational matters

Who We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Trade Marketing (Beauty experience preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical and comfortable working with numbers and reports
  • Highly motivated, agile, and eager to learn and grow
