- Are you the expert on the Genesys Contact Center Solution? Are you motivated to deliver the best solutions to our global Call Center users? - support, investigate and solve problems and incidents for our internal and external users
- ensure entire platform ecosystem health, this by designing, implementing and monitoring a predictive measurement systems with the ultimate goal to avoid production incidents
- implement small operational improvements
- strengthen a high-performance and dedicated team
- challenge the status quo and come up with new ideas

**Your team**
- You’ll be working within WMPC IT support in Singapore, working closely together with other teams in Switzerland and Weehawken. We plan and lead IT projects for an area called Touchpoints and create solutions which are directly client facing such as contact centers systems, e-banking and client advisor workbench. It’s a very demanding, fast paced and exciting environment.

**Your expertise**
- 5 years of experience in working in a global Genesys support environment on enterprise level with broad knowledge about the Genesys solution landscape
- tooling skills in Genesys Suite (Framework, Routing Reporting, SIP, Chat, GMS, Callback, WFM, etc.)
- knowledge in Verba Voice Recording and CCPulse/Pulse for Reporting
- user knowledge on Linux operating system
- ability to support Genesys in both, “on Prem” and “Cloud” environment
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- ability to read and understand technical log files
