- You’ve been there and done this- 5+ years' experience in selling SaaS solutions focused on business outcomes for enterprise-grade companies; experience in CCaaS / Customer Experience (CX) / Customer Relationship Management (CRM) / Contact Centre Operation / Digital Engagement Platforms are a plus.- Contact Centre (i.e. Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, NICE, AWS Connect, etc..)- Customer Experience (i.e. Sprinklr)- Customer Relationship Management (i.e. SalesForce, ServiceNow, PEGA, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc )- Digital Platforms (i.e. Adobe)- Cloud Providers (i.e. AWS)- Network (i.e. Connectivity)- Deep understanding of Technology concepts related to Cloud, CX and SAAS- Advance skills in business presentation and value Demos- Experience in conducting and coordinating Solution Technical and Business Requirements due diligence- Advance Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Experience in collecting competitive intelligence and mapping market/industry segments

- Responsible (taking ownership) and accountable for successful delivery of Presales Consulting Engagement creating highly satisfied customers.-
- Able to Travel across ASIA Region to engage and connect with Different work cultures- English (Fluent) and Secondary Language (Fluent in any Key Asian Language/s)
