As part of the Visier Solution Consulting team you’ll be helping to drive the adoption of People Analytics. The Visier Solution Consulting team helps organizations answer questions that shape business strategy, provide the impetus for taking action, and drive better business results. As a solution consultant you will be working closely with the Account Executive to evangelize, influence, and articulate the value of people analytics and Visier’s solutions to prospective buyers.

This is a hybrid role based at our Singapore, HQ.

**What you'll be doing...**:

- Explain Visier’s differentiation and value proposition compared to what’s possible with a traditional reporting & BI solution, homegrown system, competitor solution, or Core HR system.
- Create demo content that aligns to the customers needs
- Deliver world class presentations and demos where you explain and show how Visier solutions can meet their needs and transform their organization.
- Ensure successful and thorough communication of the client’s requirements to the Visier customer success (Delivery) team;
- Responsible for the solution proposals for RFIs and RFPs.
- Become a Visier solution expert. Understand how Visier addresses the different analytics use cases. Be the go-to person for all things solutions related.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both the customer as well as our internal teams

**What you'll bring to the table...**:

- 5+ years experience in general people analytics, and/or a specific field such as employee engagement analytics, talent acquisition analytics, etc.
- 8+ years experience as a pre-sales solution consultant, or similar field-based customer-facing position.
- Some background experience in business intelligence and/or data warehousing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. You need to be a rockstar in front of customers and instill understanding and confidence in our solution and approach to a potentially skeptical audience.
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment.
- Experience with a cloud SaaS vendor is desirable.
- Comfortable working with and presenting to senior and C-level audiences
- Strong initiative and self-motivated, results-oriented attitude
