- Administrative support for teams under CEO (claims submission, travel arrangements etc)
- On rotation to cover reception duties during lunch hour and when receptionist is out of office i.e. managing of meeting rooms, receiving of guests, procuring of pantry/ office supplies, office equipment maintenance, incoming/ outgoing mail & courier services
- Cover duties for other team secretaries when they are on leave
- Support the OM on office administration duties including but not limited to:
- o Organizing company events such as CNY luncheons, Christmas party, team events and client events- o Overseeing maintenance of office facilities and equipment- Assist in preparation and printing of presentations/marketing materials
- Coordinate with relevant parties for updating of website
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Knowledge/
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma, with 3 to 5 years relevant experience
- Ability to multi-task, takes initiative and is proactive with a can-do attitude
- Able to work independently, at the same time also a good team player
- Energetic and willing to learn quickly
- Adaptable and meticulous with good communication
