**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance to HR Administrator in aspect of Training & Development
- Source, recommend programs and identify training needs analysis using the competency model
- Oversee and be responsible to ensure compliance to all legal statutory regulations and head quarter’s requirements in C&B function
- Plan and oversee that the yearly merit increment and appraisal process is executed and completed timely
- Propose competitive compensation package for salary adjustment including promotion and upgrade cases
- Develop and maintain HR related procedures and document for this process
- Drive or implement continuous improvement practices and HR projects in the organization

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder & experience in HR Management within manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of HR/HRD best practices and benchmarking, and consultancy skills are essential
- Knowledge of SSP culture, problem solving processes, and use of management tools
- Open-mindedness & positive attitude
- Good written and oral communication
