E-commerce Director

- We are looking for a strategic and results-driven E-Commerce Director to lead and scale our online sales channels. The E-Commerce Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth through Sunnystep’s digital platforms, enhancing the online customer experience, and overseeing all e-commerce operations. This role will play a critical part in achieving our ambitious sales goals while embodying Sunnystep’s brand values of comfort, sustainability, and style.

**You will also be responsible for**:
Strategic Leadership-
- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue, profit, and growth objectives.
Identify emerging trends in digital commerce and recommend innovative solutions to maintain competitive advantage.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and retail teams to ensure alignment with Sunnystep’s overall brand and business goals.
Revenue Growth and Performance-
- Own the e-commerce P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving sales targets.
Optimize conversion rates, average order values, and customer retention through data-driven strategies.
Identify and implement upselling, cross-selling, and bundling opportunities to maximize revenue.
Customer Experience-
- Ensure a seamless and engaging online shopping experience across all devices and platforms.
Lead initiatives to improve website usability, personalization, and mobile optimization.
Leverage customer feedback to continuously refine the digital experience.
Operations and Technology-
- Oversee the management and performance of Sunnystep’s e-commerce platforms, ensuring uptime, security, and scalability.
Partner with IT and external vendors to integrate new technologies and tools for enhanced functionality.
Manage logistics and fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Digital Marketing Collaboration-
Develop and optimize retargeting, loyalty, and referral programs to engage customers.
Monitor and improve the effectiveness of digital advertising spend.
Data and Analytics-
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Develop and present regular performance reports to the leadership team, with actionable recommendations.
Use data insights to guide product merchandising and promotional strategies.
Team Leadership-
- Build, lead, and mentor the e-commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Establish clear goals and performance expectations for team members.
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives.**We would want to speak with you if you are / have -**Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of e-commerce experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in consumer lifestyle brands preferred.-
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.-
