**Responsibilities**:

- Attend to phone calls for orders, organizing payment, delivery and collection of equipment
- Order processing, liaise with clinics/hospitals
- Coordination and plan with delivery persons and customer to ensure smooth and timely delivery and collection of items
- Coordinate with engineering team to ensure medical device equipment are fully inspected before and after each use
- Manage calendars to ensure smooth equipment bookings
- Place order with suppliers
- Assist in social media marketing
- Prepare invoices accurately and ensure proper filing system
- Manage printing of document to ensure availability when needed
- Generate monthly report
- Inventory control and organizing equipment in storage
- Working hour is Mon - Fri 830am to 530pm. Saturday 830am to 1pm.
- Divert phone call to personal phone after working hours in order to attend to customer’s urgent inquiries
- Entitled Saturday working allowance and phone allowance.
- Builds a trusting relationship with external customers and provided value added service whenever there's a need to
- Works as a team, provides support to fellow colleagues and respect each other

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service would be advantageous.
