Job Title: Service Delivery Coordinator
">The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless import/export operations. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, arranging shipment bookings, and coordinating with internal and external parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding import/export shipments in a timely manner.
- Coordinate shipment bookings with carriers, airlines, and vendors to meet customer requirements.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth import/export coordination.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on urgent shipments.
- Update customers on delivery status and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Manage billing processes and resolve customer billing disputes in a professional manner.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior to support the team's efforts.
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience in logistics/airfreight industry preferred.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
