Job Overview

This role is focused on end-to-end operations coordination, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients. You will be responsible for dispatching engineers, managing project schedules, and monitoring progress against service level agreements.

Maintaining accurate documentation, records, and reports is crucial in this position. You will work closely with engineers, project leads, and customer stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who wants to be at the heart of service execution, with a strong focus on precision, planning, and people coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate engineer dispatch, project schedules, and service delivery activities
  • Manage incoming service requests and monitor progress against SLAs
  • Maintain documentation, service records, and internal reports with high accuracy
  • Track inventory, equipment, and logistics for project readiness
  • Facilitate communication across technical, customer success, and sales teams
  • Recommend and implement workflow improvements for better efficiency and compliance
Requirements and Qualifications:

Suitable candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Operations Management, or a related field. A minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical support, project coordination, service operations, or logistics coordination is required.

Exposure to a technology-driven or service delivery environment is preferred. Key skills include ability to track multiple projects, ensure timelines are met, and execute standard operating processes.

A basic understanding of IT or technical service workflows is necessary. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records and reports.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Operations Management, or related field
