**In this role you will be joining a fast-paced, collaborative, and high energy TA team providing high level TA admin coordination and support to our Recruitment team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you are responsible in conducting interview arrangement, background checks and psychometric assessment arrangement for our clients. In this role, you will also gain exposure to some additional HR admin duties and responsibilities.**

**This is a hybrid working environment, 3 days a week at the client's site in Singapore.**

**What you will be doing**:

- Provide accurate and timely information to managers and employees by responding to queries
- Provide administration and coordination support across various TA projects and processes
- Organising interviews, background checks, psychometric assessments and new starter paperwork
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders to assist with the recruitment process, reporting and identifying and delivering process improvement initiatives

**You will be someone who can bring**:

- An experienced TA administrator with experience in either recruitment and/or generalist HR
- A strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal skills
- High level of compliance and accuracy, system administration and support skills
- Proven track record in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
- Efficient, process oriented and excellent organisational skills
- Highly capable when working with Microsoft office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
