
Office Receptionist/pa

**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Manage all aspects of office administration, including greeting visitors, coordinating courier deliveries, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
- Provide high-quality administrative support to senior leadership, including preparing documents, arranging meetings, managing schedules, invoice reimbursements and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and assist in planning, organizing, and execution of various company events.
- Answer and address employee questions and concerns pertaining to office operations and policies.
- Liaise between various departments, coordinating workflows and maintaining high standards of customer service.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least two years of professional experience in an administrative and personal assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Positive, professional demeanor and ability to work well with others.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
