- Department: Commercial- Location: Singapore- The Retail Operations Director manages the business strategies and identifies new business opportunities. He/She maintains relationships with business partners and determines service standard. He/She promotes innovation and productivity. He/She operates in a fast-paced business environment. He/She conducts research on the consumer behaviours, operation activities and industry trends to enhance sales performance. He/She must be a resourceful, forward-thinking leader who can multi-task. He/She must be able to manage a large retail workforce.
- Tasks- Develop a productivity roadmap/strategy regionally.
- Develop and maintain business and professional networks.
- Develop operation plans to support the business country needs.
- Develop the Regional business continuity strategies, policies and plans.
- Develop the Regional business plans for organisational growth.
- Develop the organisation talent pool.
- Develop the service recovery framework.
- Drive branding and communication with excellent service.
- Encourage workforce diversity.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented innovation and productivity initiatives.
- Evaluate the organisation for business excellence.
- Manage the budget.
- Manage the crisis situations.
- Manage the risk across the business units.
- Plan the service operations.
- Promote a culture that encourages productivity and innovation.
- Promote customer loyalty with excellent service.
- Provide guidance and direction to the managers.
- Review the business financial performance.
- Review the local and international business environment.

**Job Requirements**
- 10 years of relevant experience especially in ecommerce
- Able to operate in a fast-paced business environment
- Resourceful, forward-thinking leader who can multi-task
- Experience managing a large retail workforce
