**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Prepare and Maintain Wiki pages / User manuals**
- Develop a thorough understanding of the chatbot system.
- Create Wiki pages / User manuals to explain chatbot system and functionality.
- Document new features / functionality from sprint updates.
- Add or Update Wiki pages / User Manual content after new sprint updates.

**Client Support**
- Support client enquires about chatbot system and functionality.
- Communicate with IT team on issues / bugs reported by client, follow up and ensure these issues / bugs are resolved.
- Work with product team for client improvement requests.
- Conduct Training to clients for new features / functionality

**Japan Team Support**
- Support Japan team system testing enquires in Japanese
- Communicate with IT team on issues / bugs reported by Japan team, follow up and ensure these issues / bugs are resolved.

**Chinese (Traditional and Simplified) Translation**
- Assist to translate system menu and messages from English to Chinese (Traditional and Simplified)

**Reporting**
- Prepare weekly report on
- Current User Manual creation / update progress.
- Current status on issues / bugs / enquiries from clients.
- Identify and report on issues that clients face repeatedly / frequently.
- Upcoming tasks and its completion schedule

As transcosmos zero, we will continue to use these development capabilities and knowledge to support the services provided by the transcosmos inc. group to support the transformation of our corporate customers through IT technology.
