
Executive / Senior Executive, HR & Admin

The role supports in providing smooth recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, manages work devices, fosters positive employee relations, handles compensation and benefits, coordinates training, ensures compliance, supports performance management, plans office events, and performs ad hoc duties as assigned by HR Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the hiring process, onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Work Devices Management: Request, deploy, and maintain accurate records of work devices and their inventory, including laptops, corporate mobile phones, and accessories.
- Employee Relation: Address employees concerns, foster a positive work environment, and support in resolve workplace conflicts.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer and process employee compensation packages (payroll) and benefits (claims and insurance).
- Learning and Development: Coordinate with HSEQ and/or Products teams to arrange for employee trainings.
- Compliance and Policy Enforcement: Support to ensure that the organisation adheres to the labour laws and internal policies.
- Performance Management: Support in the performance evaluation system and coordination of employee appraisals.
- Events and Office Management: Plan and coordinate for office events and activities, and support in office facility management.
- Others: Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the HR Manager or the Management.
**Requirements**:
- Min Diploma or equivalent in any field.
- Min 3 years’ experience in similar role and ability to work in a matrix organisation.
- Experience in providing full spectrum of HR, office operational support, such as office facility management, work devices management, events coordination etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and any Payroll Softwares.
- Knowledge and expertise related to HR policies, processes and practice of Employment full-cycle, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development.
- Knowledge of MOM guidelines, Employment Act, CPF Act, WICA etc.
- Customer oriented, anticipating stakeholder expectations. Ambitious, result oriented. Self-motivated, ability to work independently with initiative, self-organizer. Team Player, flexible with any changes or ad hoc requests. Demonstrating patience, empathy, positive and a professional attitude
