**Pioneering our Customer Success team, you will have the opportunity to build the practice from ground-up and ultimately guide our customers towards achieving their sustainability goals.**

**In this role, you will**:

- Drive successful adoption and onboarding of Terrascope platform, leading to project success, retention and renewal
- Own post-sales lifecycle of our customers and act as their trusted partner to identify areas for continuous product development
- Engage, build and foster relationships with our customers, ensuring they receive consistent and top-notch customer experience
- Improve adoption of Terrascope product through coaching and education
- Ensure customers derive maximum value from using Terrascope platform and present the ROI to customers and executive teams
- Partner with customers to understand their current and future business goals and challenges and translate that into product strategies
- Proactively develop and execute on strategic account strategy to drive customer retention and expansion
- Be involved in commercial discussions with customers including pricing, up-selling, cross-selling
- Ensure successful closure of identified opportunities by working closely with our commercial, product and marketing teams
- Be the voice of our customers and champion their product needs
- Seek to build a scalable customer success team by constantly refining the processes and operations

**What we are looking for**:

- 6+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role within enterprise SaaS industry
- Sound business acumen with proven results in retention, adoption, and expansion of enterprise accounts
- Commercial awareness with sound negotiation skills to advance partnerships that bring mutual value and drive positive impact
- Superior customer facing skills and ability to establish executive level relationships
- Proficiency in leading meetings and delivering presentations
- Expert in engaging users and providing coaching in-person, over the phone or video
- Ideally, prior experience in climate or sustainability related industry or a real passion to drive climate change
