As a Customer Success Intern, you will be at the forefront of engaging with our customers, ensuring they have the best possible experience while supporting our sales and customer success efforts. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support & Engagement**:Provide first-level sales support by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Assist with onboarding and guiding customers to maximize their use of our AI SaaS solutions.
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to troubleshoot and resolve basic issues.
- **Sales Support**:Support the sales team in lead qualification and initial outreach efforts.
- **Social Media Engagement**:Monitor and manage company social media accounts to engage with customers and promote product updates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that enhances customer experience.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Maintain and update CRM with relevant customer information and interactions.
- **Learning & Collaboration**:Work closely with the product and customer success teams to understand our AI SaaS offerings.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build product knowledge and improve customer support strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Availability**:Minimum commitment of 4 months.
- **Interest**:Passionate about AI SaaS solutions and customer success.
- **Skills**:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.
- **Attitude**:Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
