**Job Brief**
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who will work very closely with our CEO. The role is broken down as follows, but requires flexibility and adaptability to business needs.
- Support the CEO in end-to-end B2B sales, including outreach, prospect management, and closure.
- Manage the sales funnel to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement pricing, sales, and commercial strategies.
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead to plan and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Attend networking events and research opportunities for business growth.
Based in Singapore, you will join a dynamic and fast-paced global team,and work in a hybrid environment.
**Key Responsibilities**

- Own and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets within designated territories and accounts.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
- Report on factors influencing tactical budgets and strategic account direction.
- Manage leads quality, reporting, and systems such as sales CRM and automation software.
- Support training and onboarding programs for new clients to ensure successful adoption.
- Identify upsell opportunities and manage renewal conversations.
- Track customer analytics to understand user behaviour and identify potential product features proactively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create case studies and promotional activities to boost sales.
**Desired Skills & Experience**
- 6-8+ years of professional sales experience with a proven track record.
- Familiarity with topics associated with Human Resources and/or Corporate Social Responsibility roles, coupled with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by professionals in these domains, is essential.
- Individuals with an HR or CSR background wishing to transition to Sales will also be considered.
- Enthusiastic learner, self-starter with a bias for action.
- Growth mindset, with an agile and customer-centric approach to business development.
- Experience with data analytics to extract insights from customer usage patterns.
- Experience in running webinars, workshops, delivering presentations, and participating in industry/networking events.
**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
